Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern use of CardGPT, a service of In Out Green ("the Company"), by wedding card printing businesses ("you", "the Printer"). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
CardGPT lets you produce print-ready wedding card files from your own templates, manage orders, and handle change requests, including through a WhatsApp number operated by CardGPT that communicates with your staff. CardGPT does not communicate with your customers.
2. Accounts and staff
You are responsible for the people you add to your workspace and for everything done under their logins. Each subscription includes two WhatsApp staff seats; additional seats may be purchased. Keep your login numbers under your control.
3. Subscription and payment
- Plans: ₹2,500 per month or ₹25,000 per year, plus GST as applicable. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
- Fees are payable in advance. If payment fails, the account becomes read-only after a grace period; downloads remain available for 30 days.
- You may cancel at any time; the subscription runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the templates, fonts, artwork and order details you upload. You grant the Company a licence to store and process them solely to provide the service. You confirm you hold the rights (including font licences) needed to use them, and that you have your customers' permission to enter their details.
5. AI features and proofs
CardGPT uses automated language models to read and apply change requests and to position fields on templates. These features are aids; you are responsible for checking every proof before printing. Every change can be undone in the app or on WhatsApp. The Company is not liable for printing costs arising from unreviewed output.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use CardGPT to send unsolicited messages, to process content you have no right to, or in any way that breaks the law or the WhatsApp Business terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is by email at cardgpt.in@gmail.com; yearly subscribers receive priority support.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or reprinting costs.
9. Termination and data
You may close your account at any time. On closure, your data is deleted according to the Privacy Policy and Data deletion pages; you can download your files before closing.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
